Shayne C. Huffman

Shayne is an advocate first. His primary motivation is to help his clients navigate the legal process in search of justice. Over the course of his career, Shayne has represented both individuals and institutional clients. He found his footing representing plaintiffs and helping ordinary people fight back against abuses of power. Shayne believes in high-quality, client-centered representation, and his clients’ objectives are his objectives.

Shayne has represented New Mexicans in areas such as wrongful death, catastrophic injury, negligent security, civil rights, sexual abuse, whistleblower protection cases, discrimination and retaliation, and professional negligence, among others.

Shayne grew up in El Paso, Texas, and moved to Albuquerque to attend the University of New Mexico School of Law. He became deeply rooted in the community, leading him to abandon his plan to return to Texas. Since law school, Shayne has had a couple of stops at law firms in Albuquerque. After nearly a decade of considering a partnership, he teamed up with Jason and Levi at the start of 2022. Outside of the firm, Shayne devotes his life to his son, Joshua.
